DECOR PAPERS
In 1993, Technocell Dekor was founded as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Felix Schoeller Group. It started out with 200 employees and two paper machines and has now become the world's leading decor paper manufacturer. One of its latest developments is Resin Saving Paper (RSP®), which gives converters the opportunity to make resin savings of up to 25 percent. Technocell Dekor's hi-tech papers are used to produce finishes for wood-based products, such as chipboard or MDF panels. Decor paper is found in surface finishes for kitchen worktops, furniture, doors, wall panelling and laminate flooring, for example. With almost 800 employees in six mills and a total capacity of over 204 000 tonnes, Technocell Dekor meets the majority of the world market demand for these specialty papers.
