FOR OUR EMPLOYEES

Schoeller sets great store by personnel development schemes. Highly sought after is our 12-month basic programme in which young employees who show potential receive training in core competences to enable them to carry out their work in the best possible way and to succeed in their project work. Our project managers can acquire confidence and support for their wide range of responsibilities in our project manager training scheme. And we also offer a 15-month course to train executives and skilled personnel. During this course, participants develop managerial skills and acquire a range of tools that they can put into practice in their work.
