Wolfgang Janssen

Mr Wolfgang Janssen, Chief Operating Officer of Felix Schoeller Holding and Chief Executive Officer of Technocell Dekor, has been with the Schoeller Group since 1997.

Born in 1951, after gaining his Abitur, Mr Janssen did a degree in industrial engineering at the University of Karlsruhe before starting out on his career with Th. Goldschmidt AG in Essen.

After seven years with the company, he went to work for Casco GmbH, Essen, where he was Chief Executive Officer of Casco Deutschland until 1992 and head of the impregnated paper division at Casco Nobel AB, Sweden (now Akzo Nobel).

From 1992-1997, he was a member of the management board of TH. Goldschmidt AG with overall responsibility for controlling, finance, organisation and IT and operational responsibility for the industrial chemicals division.

Since 1997 Mr Janssen has been Executive Vice President of the Felix Schoeller Holding GmbH & Co. KG. At the same time, he is Chief Executive Officer of the Decor Division (Technocell Dekor GmbH & Co. KG).
