Since 2006, Technocell Dekor has also had manufacturing facilities in the growth markets of Russia and the former Soviet Union. The Mayak-Technocell mill, which is run as a joint venture, underlines Technocell Dekor's goal of making decor papers produced to Western European quality standards available to the Russian market.
